Carmen Salinas is a dramaturge and cultural producer. She has been working as a project manager at the international Siemens Stiftung foundation since 2024, developing cultural projects with partner institutions and artists in Latin America.

From 2017 to 2024, she worked as a performing arts dramaturge, artistic producer and funding manager for several artists and institutions in Germany and Spain, including Jan Philipp Stange, Caroline Creutzburg, Simon Möllendorf, Irene Vicente, Matter of Facts Studio, Frankfurt LAB, Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm and Tanzplattform Rhein-Main.

She studied art history in Barcelona and Berlin, and completed an MA in dramaturgy in Frankfurt am Main. Moreover, she took part in the Academy for Performing Arts Producers run by the Alliance of International Production Houses in Germany.
